About UCAA
NAME
The United Chinese Alumni Associations
(“UCAA”), a corporation not for profit, is organized and existing
under the laws of California.
ARTICLE II. MISSION
AND PURPOSES
The general nature and object of the
UCAA shall be to promote the communications and coordination among
all member alumni associations. In the context of these general
purposes, the UCAA shall:

Unite alumni of all schools,
colleges and universities to serve and promote the common interests
and welfare of all alumni;
-
Foster the active interest,
support and involvement of alumni in all associations;
-
Encourage public acceptance of all
member associations;
-
Organize all types of social,
academic, cultural exchange, and service activities; and
-
Support all member associations.
