UNITED CHINESE ALUMNI ASSOCIATIO

Dear Organization Leaders and Friends,

As you may already know that 2007 Moon Festival and China National Day Celebration will be held at Mission College, at 2:00pm on September 29, 2007. Many of organization leaders and volunteers have put lots of efforts to organize this very important big event for Chinese community. We are calling the second preparation meeting.

Date: Saturday, September 15, 2007

Time: 11:30AM to 2:00PM,

Place: Hunan Gourmet (Yue Yang Lou)

Sunnyvale , CA 94086

Lunch cost: $13/person

At the meeting each functional group, such as performance, children game, media press release, sponsorship and security groups, will update their accomplishments. Rehearsal date and place will be finalized. Assignments for volunteer organizations will be distributed.

Please send at least one representative from each organization to attend the meeting. Representatives from Education Section of San Francisco Consulate General will attend the meeting too.
