present "Mentoring for Success", a forum where you can directly
connect with the "Who's Who" of the Chinese-American community
from a variety of fields. At this event, you will first learn
the "secrets of success" during a panel discussion. Then, you
will have a rare opportunity to interact with the movers and
shakers of Silicon Valley in small groups. So bring your

Emerging Leaders Forum (ELF) is a subchapter of HYSTA. ELF focuses on specific topics of interest to aspiring Chinese entrepreneurs and professionals, such as "breaking the glass ceiling," and "the China effect and you." It hosts four events every year, leveraging HYSTA's extensive network of industry luminaries and veteran entrepreneurs, and aims to help Chinese professionals broaden their knowledge base and advance their careers.
